Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Return Processor
Schedule: 6am-2:30pm
Location: City of Industry, CA
Reports To: RMA Manager
Pay- $20 per hour
Position Summary
Inspect, rebuild, and determine the condition of returned items while supporting daily RMA warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Offload and palletize returns received via UPS/FedEx
Unbox and inspect merchandise; determine repair/solution to highest quality level
Count, scan, and enter data into the system
Document return condition and upload photos
Pick, pack, shrink wrap, and stack pallets as needed
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Work cooperatively with team members to ensure accuracy
Safely operate pallet jack, cherry picker, and forklift (training and certification provided)
Perform other tasks as assigned by RMA Lead and management
Requirements
High school diploma
1+ year warehouse experience
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)
Basic camera use for documentation
Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork
Physical Requirements & Work Conditions
Ability to work overtime as needed
Regularly stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and squat
Work in a warehouse environment with some outdoor exposure
