Product Support Specialist / Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to guide customers through solutions over the phone and via email.
Responsibilities:
• Provide product support to customers through phone, email, and online inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical issues and walk customers through step-by-step solutions
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver accurate information
• Assist customers with product setup, usage questions, and feature explanations
• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Qualifications:
• Previous customer service or product support experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in clear, simple terms
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
