Construction Billing Administrator
Pay: $80,000–$95,000
Location: Anaheim, CA

A Southern California–based construction and real estate development firm is seeking an experienced Construction Billing Administrator to support project billing and contract administration across multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
-
Manage construction billing for multiple active projects

Prepare, review, and submit payment applications through Procore
-
Track subcontractor contracts, change orders, and compliance documentation
-
Ensure contract terms, lien releases, and insurance requirements are met
-
Support project managers with contract documentation and coordination
-
Monitor project costs and revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP
-
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in construction accounting, billing, and contract administration
-
Strong working knowledge of Procore and construction accounting systems
-
Experience with percentage of completion, revenue recognition (GAAP), and mechanic’s lien process
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
