Pay: $19–$20/hour
Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Environment: Manufacturing / Warehouse
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle inbound and outbound shipments, inventory, and shipping documentation in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriers
Generate shipping labels and documentation
Receive and inspect incoming materials
Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
Enter materials into inventory/ERP systems
Palletize, wrap, and prepare freight shipments
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
Coordinate discrepancies with Purchasing and Production
Maintain an organized and safe work area
Requirements
2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience
Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
Experience with shipping software and inventory/ERP systems
Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
