Job Description
We currently have a Customer Service opening for a manufacturer of industrial powders and coatings in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing different company accounts and assisting the clients from start to finish with their orders. The Customer Service will primarily handle bills of lading and sales order entry. Will also be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Primary responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Managed the product until it has been shipped out and billed to the client
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Place or cancel orders.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Close out or open call records
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office- Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills
Familiar with order entry and manufacturing processes
Must also have strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high stress and multitasking.
Bilingual Spanish
