Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our service team as a Service Writer for a leading construction equipment manufacturer in Fullerton, CA. The Service Writer plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to both customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:Â Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating equipment repairs in the shop. Communicate with customers via phone, electronically, and in person.

Equipment Management:Â Check in equipment and manage the scheduling of customer equipment repairs, drop-offs, and pick-ups.

Administrative Duties:Â Process all internal records related to repair work, manage parts inventory, and handle received parts.

Support Technicians:Â Provide support to technicians by ensuring they have the necessary information and parts to complete repairs efficiently.

Top Requirements:

Customer Service and Administrative Experience:Â Proficient in answering phones, documentation, and filing maintenance reports.

High-Volume Environment:Â Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Mechanical Aptitude:Â Basic understanding of automotive, construction, or electronics is preferred.

Positive Attitude:Â Energetic, positive, and personable, especially over the phone.
