Our client, a third-party service provider for warehouse distribution clients, is expanding! We’re on the lookout for a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. RESPONSIBILITES

1. Directing Software Development Projects:

   • Lead and guide software development initiatives.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.

2. Producing, Testing, and Debugging Code:

   • Develop high-quality software solutions.

   • Identify and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle.

   • Review and debug code to ensure optimal performance.

3. Technical Leadership:

   • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

   • Foster a collaborative environment within the development team.

   • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

4. Project Management:

   • Drive projects forward, ensuring timely delivery.

   • Work autonomously with minimal supervision.

   • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Software Quality Assurance:

   • Analyze requirements and design robust architectures.

   • Write efficient code and conduct thorough testing.

   • Ensure software solutions meet user needs and align with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Extensive experience in software development

• Proficiency in programming languages and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++ is a Plus!

• Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures

• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment

Schedule: Mon - Fri (full-time)

Location: Long Beach, CA - REMOTE
