Salary:Â $18 - $20 per hour
Schedule: 8-hour days, 5 days a week (7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sander/Polisher to join our team with a leading manufacturer of medical respiratory equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding and polishing plastic components or equivalent, with a background in car detailing or similar fields being a plus. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:

Use hand and power tools (sanders) to sand and polish cylinders to acceptable finished products.

Meet assigned schedules routinely by meeting or beating company labor standards with limited defects.

Perform general maintenance on equipment.

Read and understand manufacturing required documents and record necessary data on documents associated with the work performed.

Understand both written and verbal instructions.
Qualifications:

Experience in sanding and polishing plastic components or equivalent.

Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production schedules.

Ability to perform general maintenance on equipment.

Ability to read and understand manufacturing documents and instructions.

Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required.
