Job Description
Job Title: Sample Clerk for personal care product distributor in Santa Fe Springs
Reports To: Sample Coordinator
Summary:
Responsible for all sampling needs for the customers, ensuring that the stock of all samples is properly labeled, filled, and inventoried in a timely manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Embrace and work to the spirit of the Azelis mission and organizational tenets.

Answer emails and respond to customer and internal employee needs.

Process customer sample requests daily, including updating Salesforce with tracking information and maintaining back-order lists.

Maintain sample inventory, including all bulk and filled materials. Conduct periodic audits as necessary.

Perform monthly sample disposal, packaging by box and separating between solids and liquids for waste disposal.

Provide support on any additional projects or tasks related to the sample department.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
