What You’ll Do

Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential business customers using a proven sales script

Introduce and promote their tactical gear product line to new prospects

Build rapport quickly and identify customer needs

Schedule followup calls and pass qualified leads to the sales team

Maintain accurate call logs and customer records

Meet daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets

Represent the company professionally in all communications

What We’re Looking For

Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with business customers

Ability to follow a script while keeping conversations natural and engaging

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Prior inside sales or cold calling experience is a plus

Interest in tactical gear, manufacturing, or related industries is highly valued
