Quality Control In-Process Analyst

Your Role

The Quality Control In-Process Analyst will perform testing and sampling to support manufacturing, validation, process development, and stability studies in a GMP environment for the Quality Control In-Process team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform basic compendial test methods independently, following written protocols, analyze data, and report results

  • Formulate buffers and reagents for test methods

  • Write and revise test methods and procedures

  • Perform aseptic sampling, endotoxin testing, pH, conductivity, osmolality, A280, and endotoxin by LAL

  • Conduct water testing and raw material sampling and testing

  • Perform QC testing for lot release, stability studies, development/validation projects, and investigations

  • Write study protocols and reports as required

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop, revise, and implement QC procedures and policies

  • Follow company cGMPs and applicable industry regulations in all job functions

  • Perform sample pickup and location tasks independently, following protocols

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field

  • 2+ years of biotech industry experience in a QC or analytical lab

  • Experience with analytical testing, report writing, GMPs, and regulatory audits

  • Familiarity with most or all of the methodologies listed above

  • Experience with basic maintenance and troubleshooting of analytical instrumentation is highly desirable


Position Type / Expected Hours

This is a full-time position operating Sunday through Wednesday on a 4x10 schedule (4 days x 10 hours). Schedule may be adjusted to meet operational demands. Availability for overtime and weekend shifts may be required.


Compensation

  • Hourly rate: $26.73–$35.63, depending on experience and qualifications
