Job Description

KPG has partnered with a leading paint company that is seeking an experience QC Lab Technician to join their team.

Temp to Hire

Location: Fontana, CA

Schedule: M - F (6:00 am to 2:30 pm)

Pay Ranger: $20 - $25 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Quality Control tests and procedures, and other duties as directed by management

  • Assist in resolving production problems and product complaints from customer

  • Maintain in laboratory organization and cleanliness

  • Process new raw material samples

  • Maintain Laboratory chemicals following proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials and containers

  • Maintain lab books and other records

  • Take care of lab equipment maintenance and calibrations

 

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma, AA Degree Preferred

  • 2+ years of Previous lab experience / lab knowledge

  • Coatings, paints, building product experience - a plus

  • Math knowledge of Ratios, Gravity
