Starting Payrate: $23 - $25 per hour
Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Position Summary

The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for supporting day-to-day purchasing activities, including processing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to support production. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and order status
• Follow up on shipments, backorders, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
• Support inventory and production teams to ensure material availability
• Assist in resolving vendor or supply issues as they arise
• Enter and update data in ERP/MRP systems
• Collaborate with internal departments including warehouse, production, and accounting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience (preferably in manufacturing or distribution)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Experience with purchase order processing and vendor communication
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
