The Production Supervisor oversees all aspects of the post-SMT operations and SMT departments while evaluating the manufacturing processes, personnel, and equipment to produce a variety PCBAs.
Qualifications of the Production Supervisor:

High school diploma or equivalent, five years experience in electronics manufacturing.

Prior experience in electromechanical assembly, thru-hole PCB assembly, conformal coating chemical/polymeric bonding.

Recruit, supervise, and evaluate post-SMT departments staff.

Create schedule for post-SMT departments to ensure proper coverage.

Identify and schedule training for post-SMT department.

Ability to provide leadership while motiving employees with trust and respect.
