Job Description

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and experience supporting customers with parts inquiries and order processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Assist customers with parts identification and part number requests.

  • Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product information.

  • Process customer parts orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction and resolve questions.

  • Provide customers with requested documentation related to parts orders.

  • Maintain accurate parts information to support timely responses to customer inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance departmental processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of exceptional customer service experience.

  • 1–2 years of parts, technical support, or industrial equipment experience strongly preferred.

  • SAP experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining accuracy.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Windows 10, and SharePoint.

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Willingness to continuously learn technical product knowledge.

  • Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, operating instructions, and technical documentation.

  • Basic mathematical skills, including calculating percentages, discounts, proportions, and related figures.

 


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Hybrid)
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour
