We are seeking an Operations Manager in Los Angeles, CA.

The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production and delivery of fire protection systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained, coordinating with suppliers and managing stock to meet production needs.

• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.

• Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the construction or manufacturing industry, with a focus on fire protection equipment preferred.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar credentials.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management software.
