Operations Manager
Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. Your mission is to ensure seamless processes, exceptional service delivery, and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Develop strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Travel to different locations (approximately 50-60%) to engage with teams and address operational needs.

Work closely with and assist with janitorial staff management.
Qualifications:

Background in warehouse and supply chain management.

Excellent communication skills and a track record of providing constructive feedback.

Ability to adapt to remote work and occasional travel.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

Travel expenses covered (mileage reimbursement, per diem, hotel, and airfare).

Bonuses, incentives, and profit sharing.
