Job Description
Brief Summary/Primary Purpose of the Job:
Under the direct supervision of the VP/CFO, the Office Assistant will provide general support for CA Headquarters and carry out office duties and related tasks for the Company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors of the company, answer phone calls and incoming fax. Oversee logistic activities for the office including ordering materials and replenishing supplies (CA & GA). Safeguard office breakroom upkeep and perform other office duties (skilled or unskilled) as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Act as a liaison between customers regarding collection issues, processes & reviews or account adjustments.
• Assist with routine collection calls or correspondences to delinquent accounts.
• Communicate and follow-up with customers and Sales Department to resolve delinquent accounts.

Competencies:
1. Individual must be responsible, cordial and must have a professional attitude.
2. Must have strong work ethics, good attention to details and a business-friendly mentality.
3. Proficient communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task.
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay rate-$21-$23 per hour DOE
