Job Description
A fast-growing manufacturer and distributor of consumer products is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Agent with strong math skills and advanced Excel proficiency. This role manages inventory levels, processes purchase orders, negotiates pricing, and maintains accurate cost and SKU data. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with vendors and large data sets.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory and maintain optimal stock levels

Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships

Negotiate pricing and track cost changes

Analyze data and create reports using advanced Excel tools

Ensure accuracy of pricing, SKUs, and inventory records
Qualifications

2+ years in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control

Strong math and analytical skills

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)

Experience in a product-based or manufacturing environment preferred
Pay rate-$30-$35 DOE
