Job Description
Project Support Administrator
Location: Los Alamitos, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: $55,000–$75,000 (DOE)
Confidential Electrical Construction Firm with a long-standing presence in Southern California is seeking a Project Support Administrator to support construction leadership and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to construction managers and project teams
Assist with submittals, RFIs, material ordering, and project documentation
Maintain labor reports, T&M billings, invoices, and other project reports
Perform general office and occasional field-site administrative duties
Support multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Administrative or construction office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Willingness to travel to local job sites as needed
