We are a staffing firm contracted by a manufacturer to recruit for a Master Scheduler on direct hire terms.
On site in Fountain Valley, CA
Job scope:
This role leads a team of material planners to assess forecasts from sales department, guide execution of material acquisition, and coordinate the execution of manufacturing production based upon company inventory objectives and the materials requirements planning support provided by the Vantage/Epicor 9 enterprise resources planning system.
Requirements:
-Lean Manufacturing and Planning Systems, Epicor, Vantage 8 or MAS implementation
-Understanding MPS, MRP, and other systems and ability to use planning tools
-In depth scheduling and planning fundamentals required
-Ease in doing statistical analysis
-Certifications as CPIM and/or CSCP a Plus
