Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator with a high- end hardwood flooring manufacturer that offers room for growth. In this position, the Machine Operator will be crossed trained in every department from using band saws, sanding, press operating, and operating all equipment, including general labor, and loading/unloading material. Other duties will include working with all departments and having the sense of urgency to ensure all production is running on time.

Qualifications
2+ years of previous Production or Machine Operating experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbs & work in a fast-paced production environment
Math Skills /Problem Solving
Attention to Detail
Mechanically inclined, hand tools, power tools
Ability to work with drawings or blueprints
History of excellent attendance
Pay rate is -$24.00 per hour
Job Schedule: Full time. 40 hrs./week. Monday - Friday. Hours: 1st shift, 5:00am -1:30pm/3:30 pm for OT- Once fully trained after 4-5 month, hours could change to 8 am to 5:30 pm.
