Role: Manufacturing Engineer

Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Full Time
Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (Salary)
Position Overview
Work directly with manufacturing personnel to support production efforts, quality concerns, and equipment issues. Apply engineering principles to drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluate and understand design changes, specifications, and drawings to make decisions for the manufacturing floor
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate standardization efforts through work instructions and procedure development
• Create fastener tooling and product drawings using SolidWorks software
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and cycle time while reducing cost
• Analyze resources needed to complete such projects and manage initiatives until completion and implementation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Education & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering function
• Aerospace industry knowledge preferred
