Manual Mill & Lathe Machinist – Aerospace Manufacturing Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
We urgently need a skilled Manual Mill & Lathe Machinist to support high-precision aerospace production. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running and deliver tight-tolerance parts with consistency.
$32 - $36 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and related equipment.

Produce precision aerospace components from blueprints and work instructions.

Machine aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

Perform detailed measurements, layouts, and inspections.

Select tooling, verify first-piece quality, and complete in-process checks.

Deburr, fit, and assemble machined parts.

Maintain accurate production records and a clean, safe workspace.

Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
-
10+ years of manual machining experience.

Expert proficiency with manual mills and lathes.

Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling, and materials.

Ability to read aerospace blueprints; working knowledge of GD&T.

Skilled with micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators, and comparators.
