Position Summary
Operate HTL or VTL CNC lathe machines with tolerances of ±.003, machining aerospace alloys (titanium, nickel, stainless steel).

Schedule
• 2nd Shift: 12:15 PM – 8:45 PM (M–F)
• 3rd Shift: 8:15 PM – 4:45 AM (Sun–Thu)
• Training on 1st Shift: 4:15 AM – 12:45 PM
• Shift premiums apply

Responsibilities
• Operate multiple 2–5 axis CNC lathe machines
• Perform machine setup (fixtures, tooling, offsets, program adjustments)
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Conduct inspections using precision measuring tools
• Perform basic machine maintenance (coolant, lubrication, cleanliness)

Qualifications
• Experience with HTL/VTL CNC lathes and aerospace alloys
• Intermediate blueprint reading and G & M code knowledge
• Basic understanding of GD&T
• High school diploma or equivalent
Experience Levels:
• Level 2: 2–4 years
• Level 3: 4–6 years
