Job Description
We have immediate positions for Machine operators who perform operations on assigned machines. Operates mills or lathes. May perform simple or routine set-ups, but complex set-ups, fixtures, and tooling are performed by others. Uses simple measurement instruments to check work. Fills out First Article and In Process Inspection forms. Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly. Able to perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
The job requires employees to accurately process work orders and record labor and parts completed through the company' s graphical user interface (GUI). Employees must also account for all set-up and scrap parts through the GUI. May be required to perform miscellaneous tasks during the available time. This Machine Operator position adheres to all Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, procedures, and practices.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Able to read drawings
A plus if you have basic hand tools
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED
