Job Description

We are seeking a Legal Secretary in Newport Beach, CA. This full-time position involves providing administrative support to multiple attorneys and requires five days in the office.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of recent experience in Federal and California litigation within a law firm setting.
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and document management software applications (iManage preferred).
  • Strong experience with document preparation and e-filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong administrative skills, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and client billing.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and daily workflow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic.


Pay: $85,000 – $90,000 depending on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8 hour shift
