Newly Created Position to manage all day to day operations in the Human Resources Department:

• 40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday

• Benefits Administration / Open Enrollment

• Workers' Compensation / Investigations and Reporting

• New Hires / On Boarding and Terminations

• Recruitment / Interviewing, posting Ads, Etc

• Administration of all Legal Documents: I9, W4, Etc

• Payroll Administration

• Will collaborate with all departmental supervisors and senior members of management across company policies and procedures

• Strategize, analyze and implement new policies and procedures

• Ensure the organization follows all state, federal employment laws and guidelines

Compensation: $65,000 to $75,000 + Excellent Benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field required.

• Minimum of (5) years’ experience in Human Resources with at least one (1) year direct experience as an HR Generalist.

• Understanding and knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, performance management, workforce planning, talent identification and development; employee relations and labor relations.

• Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant and direct experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirement.

• Demonstrated ability to assist in confidential employee matters and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

• Strong initiative and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust.

• Responsive to inquiries with a sense of ownership and urgency.

• Must be able to confidently and succinctly communicate to various levels of leadership and stakeholders both verbally and in written form.

• Possesses the ability to relate well to wide variety of personalities.
