Job Summary
The Human Resources Clerk supports the HR department by maintaining personnel records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and assisting with employee inquiries. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain physical and digital personnel files (e.g., contracts, PTO requests)
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Post and remove job ads across platforms
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Prepare HR reports and presentations (e.g., hiring metrics)
- Assist in developing onboarding and training materials
- Respond to employee questions about benefits and policies
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws
- Support other HR functions as needed
