Overview:
A food manufacturing organization in Ontario, CA is seeking an HR Support professional to assist with daily HR operations for a 400-employee workforce. This role requires bilingual Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a positive, service-oriented approach while assisting employees and supervisors across multiple shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Time & Attendance support in Paylocity (Time & Labor)
• Employee support for attendance, timecards, and HR-related documents
• Coordinate with supervisors for timecard corrections and approvals
• Support HR-related reporting and compliance documentation
• Assist with new hire paperwork and orientations
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years HR or HR Support experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Paylocity experience strongly preferred (Time & Labor a plus)
• Bilingual Spanish (Required)
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
