Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development, implementation, and documentation of HR policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Support recruitment efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Leverage HR software and tools to streamline and optimize day-to-day operations.
• Identify areas for improvement within HR systems and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and automate processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and respond to employee inquiries.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HR support or administration.
• Strong understanding of HR software systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
