Salary: $53,000 - $55,000 per year

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support various accounts by creating promotional graphics, retail displays, marketing collateral, corporate documentation, and packaging.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements.

• Create original visual media that communicates the desired message.

• Contribute graphic content to support the design team.

• Stay updated on market trends and technologies.

• Plan concepts, prepare drafts, and revise projects based on feedback.

• Prepare print orders and assembly instructions.

• Conduct phone conferences with overseas design counterparts.

• Attend monthly store walks and create trend reports.

• Perform other office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.

• Prior retail experience in promotions, displays, and packaging.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Self-starter with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, and multimedia design.

Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills, creativity, and technical aptitude.

• Ability to give and receive constructive criticism.

• Knowledge/appreciation for interior design.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel as needed.
