Immediate Opportunity: Finisher / Wood Assembler
Location: Santa Fe Springs
Department: Finishing & Wood Assembly
Shift: First shift, starting at 6:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities
-
Complete jobs from start to finish, including polishing, painting, and wood assembly.

Apply finishing techniques such as painting and coating to ensure durability and aesthetic quality.

Assemble wood components and structures to integrate with other parts, ensuring proper fit, finish, and quality.

Read and interpret blueprints; build from prints and samples with precision.

Inspect and identify poorly formed or cut parts before assembly or finishing.

Produce acceptable quantities with minimal rejects while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Requirements

2-3 years of assembly and painting
-
Experience with painting and finishing processes.

Experience with wood assembly and woodworking tools.
-
Ability to read and work from blueprints and samples.

Proven ability to produce high-quality products consistently.
