Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company in the Irvine area is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support day-to-day building operations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Pay: $30 - $42 Hourly
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm
Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical and plumbing issues
Inspect facilities for safety hazards, needed repairs, and compliance
Perform general repairs including carpentry, painting, and minor construction
Maintain maintenance inventory and purchase supplies when needed
Respond quickly to emergency repair requests
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of facility maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Ability to troubleshoot a variety of building systems
High attention to safety and detail
Strong communication skills
Electrical Trade School, AA program, or Military training preferred)
