Job Description
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting key company executives. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, allowing the executive to focus on high-level leadership and strategic functions. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
-
Handle payroll for both biweekly and semimonthly employees (8 on semimonthly, 7 on bi-weekly).

Also manage payroll for temporary staff.

Invoicing:
-
Bill clients weekly or monthly, depending on their agreements.

Financial Administration:
-
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and accounts payable tasks.

Employee Onboarding:
-
Facilitate onboarding for 15 employees (many working in the warehouse).

Coordinate background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and order uniforms and supplies.

Facilitate and coordinate safety training/CPR safety training.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Maintain records related to forklifts and vehicles.

Schedule vehicle maintenance

Organize the CEO’s meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar

This position is 100% remote.

Compensation: +$30 per hour
-
30 – 40 hours a week
