Salary:Â $30 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant/Coordinator to support the President and coordinate projects with senior executives. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, experience in administrative duties, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Support the President and senior executives with project coordination.

Manage scheduling, calendar management, and communication.

Organize meetings, travel logistics, and trade show arrangements.

Create PowerPoint presentations and manage social media content.

Write memos and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred.

4+ years of experience in an administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Initiative and ability to work independently.
