Job Description
Job Summary
The Press Operator ensures high-quality output in a fast-paced digital print environment by operating large and grand format printing machinery efficiently.
Qualifications:

Experience: 3+ years in the printing industry.

Technical Skills: HP and Vutek printers, dye sublimation (a plus), Zund cutters (a plus), Caldera RIP software (a plus), Adobe Illustrator (a plus).

Computer Proficiency: MAC and PC.

Abilities: Attention to detail, multitasking, deadline management, adaptability under pressure.

Physical Requirements: Standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling 150 lbs.
Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain printing machines.
-
Ensure quality control and production efficiency.
-
Prepare materials, inks, and equipment.
-
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance.

Manage inventory and maintain a clean workspace.

Enter job and labor hours into Shop-Trak system.
-
Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
-
Regular movement: standing, walking, reaching.
-
Moderate noise levels.
-
Pay rate is $20.00-$22.00

Hours from 6am-2:30pm
