Summary Speaks with customers by phone and records order information into computer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Informs customer of pricing, ship date, anticipated delays of delivery, and any additional information needed by customer.
Receives customer orders and accurately enters data into the computer.
Confers with Manger on delayed shipments.
Update pricing and fax to customers.
Solicits sale of new or additional product to customer.
Prepares weekly retail sales survey
Attention to detail is key in this position. You must be able to accurately enter order data in a high frequency environment. Must be able to double-check the orders that were keyed to ensure that the production teams have timely and correct information for order planning.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Able to work Saturday s on a rotating schedule.
