A growing e-commerce and consumer goods company is seeking a Customer Service Representative experienced in managing online sales channels, including Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage Amazon orders, returns, and disputes
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve order issues
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in an e-commerce environment
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Pay: $23/hr
