Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial (Electrical Construction)

Location: Los Alamitos, CA (Greater Los Angeles projects as needed)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 (DOE)

A well-established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from startup through closeout. This role carries full responsibility for project execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts

• Administer contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and billing

• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams on staffing and execution

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, documentation, and project controls

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade experience

• 5+ years of progressive electrical construction project management experience

• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, job cost accounting, and construction finance

• Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, LiveCount, and Microsoft Office

• Proven leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
