Job Description
KPG has partnered with thriving medical facility looking for a Chart Prep/Outbound Assistant (Clinical Services Assistant) to join their logistics and clinical services team. This role demands scheduling expertise, multitasking ability, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $18.50 - $20/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities:

Support the clinical team with scheduling, logistics, and outbound coordination.

Prepare and maintain charts, ensuring accuracy and readiness.

Assist with logistics planning and collaborate on operational tasks.

Maintain inventory and ensure materials are available as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience in scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Prior experience in a clinical or medical office setting is a plus.
