Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring for an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers over the phone

Learn our products and confidently explain their value to customers

Manage incoming customer inquiries and process orders accurately

Work closely with the outside sales team to ensure customer needs are met

Occasionally visit customers as needed to strengthen partnerships

Identify opportunities to grow sales with existing customers while helping bring in new business
What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
-
3+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing or aerospace industry experience is a plus)

At least 1 year of inside sales experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
