CNC Programmer

Join our well-established manufacturing company located in Cypress, CA, as an experienced and reliable CNC Programmer. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong communication abilities to enhance our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program and set up CNC Lathes, 5 Axis Mills, and Vertical Machining Centers.

• Utilize and operate Fanuc, Haas, and Okuma controls.

• Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs with precision.

• Employ MasterCam and FeatureCam software effectively.

• Determine appropriate speeds and feeds for materials such as Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, and 17-4 Stainless Steel.

• Operate and/or program a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) as needed.

• Ensure efficient use of equipment, tools, and materials to maintain optimal production.

• Use measuring tools and gauges proficiently to uphold product quality.

• Read and interpret blueprints, including expertise with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

• Work with routers and gantries with ease.

• Provide supervisory support when required.

• Foster collaboration across departments through effective communication.

• Maintain a commitment to continuous self-improvement and skill development within a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in CNC programming and setup.

• In-depth knowledge of MasterCam, FeatureCam, and CNC equipment controls.

• Experience with various metal materials and machining techniques.

• Familiarity with quality control processes and equipment, including CMM.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team setting.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience. Pay range: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour.
