Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup / Operator to join our team. Our client manufactures close tolerance, precision machined plastic parts for various industries and are a leader in the plastics business for over 60 years and are experiencing growth.

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC mills by installing and adjusting tools and attachments.

• Verify settings by measuring positions, first-run parts, and sample workpieces.

• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

• Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

• Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating a CNC Mill.

• Ability to set up milling machines and make minor corrections to programs, speeds, feeds, and offsets.

• Proficiency in reading drawings and written instructions.

• Ability to inspect and measure parts.

• Good people skills and a team player.

• English proficiency.

• Experience in an ISO-9001:2015 or AS9100 certified manufacturing facility.
