CNC Lathe Operator
Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in the Anaheim area seeking an experienced CNC Operator / Machinist with strong manual lathe skills. This position focuses on large-part machining and low-quantity production, ideal for someone who enjoys precision work rather than high-volume output.
You will work under limited supervision and operate both CNC and conventional machines, with the manual lathe as your primary machine.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC and conventional machines

Perform tool offset changes at the machine

Deburr, wash, and bag finished components

Grind cutting tools as needed

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications

High School Diploma required; NTMA certificate or equivalent training preferred

5–8 years of machining experience, including both conventional and CNC machining

Strong manual lathe experience

Skilled in grinding cutting tools

Ability to deburr and finish parts

Proficient in using standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 8 hour shift
-
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
-
$22–$29 per hour, depending on experience
