CAD Drafter
Job Description
This role supports our engineering and production teams by preparing accurate 2D drawings, reviewing project documentation, and assisting with CNC programming. If you enjoy technical problem-solving and working in a detail-driven environment, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities

Review project documents, drawings, and specifications to fully understand scope and requirements

Identify design details that may need clarification and communicate findings to the project team

Produce clear and accurate 2D drawings based on project information, images, and descriptions

Create and modify AutoCAD drawings (.dxf, .dwg) for production

Support CNC programming for production runs (training provided)

Learn to evaluate materials, tooling, and machining strategies to determine appropriate speeds and feeds (training provided)

Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely completion of assigned tasks
Requirements

Proficiency with AutoCAD for 2D drafting

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational habits

Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Full-time-8 -hour shift
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
