Job Description
A manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to support production of precision electro-mechanical components. This role requires strong soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with small parts.
Key Responsibilities

Precision soldering of wires, contacts, and connectors

Assembly of small electro-mechanical components using hand tools and fixtures

Reading assembly drawings and following work instructions

Preparing and routing wires with correct polarity and placement

Mixing/applying epoxies, silicones, and encapsulation materials

Inspecting assemblies for quality and accuracy

Recording production data in SAP

Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
-
2+ years electro-mechanical or electronics assembly experience preferred

Strong soldering ability on small components
-
Ability to read work instructions and blueprints

Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to meet daily production goals
Physical Requirements

Lift up to 30 lbs

Stand for extended periods

Fine motor skills for small-component work
1st shift -5:30 am start time 8 hour shift Monday -Friday
Pay rate $24-25 per hour DOE
