Job Description
Administrative Assistant
A growing company is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support office operations and assist with financial transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:

Process financial transactions and maintain records in QuickBooks Online.

Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial tasks.

Serve as a liaison between office and field teams to ensure smooth operations.

Assist with project management tasks, including document preparation and scheduling.

Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Maintain office inventory and coordinate supply orders.

Organize and assist with office meetings and events.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a small business setting.

Experience in construction or human resources is a plus.

Fluency in Spanish is a bonus but not required.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
