Front Desk Receptionist (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour

Position Summary:
Seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to work independently in a manufacturing/industrial environment. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in visitors; manage sign-in process
• Answer, screen, and route calls on a multi-line phone system
• Maintain front desk coverage during business hours
• Manage office and admin supply inventory
• Coordinate conference room scheduling
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, UPS, and FedEx
• Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, and data entry
• Keep common areas organized and presentable
• Support administrative and shop teams as needed

Qualifications:
• Prior front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable using office equipment and multi-line phone systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
