Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Spanish and English and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service over the phone. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive attitude who enjoys helping customers resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

Assist customers in both English and Spanish with inquiries, concerns, and service requests

Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Document customer interactions clearly and accurately within company systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs
Qualifications

Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)

Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or challenging situations

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
